Every STEELROSE piece is made to order just for you.
- Standard UK delivery: £4.99
- Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more
- Production: 2–7 working days
- UK delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch, tracked
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Some pieces are made by our production partners in Europe. UK orders under £135 arrive with no extra charges, as VAT is already included. For UK orders over £135, import VAT or duties may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
Returns
- Changed your mind? You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Faulty or misprinted? Email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, free of charge. No need to send it back.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
