Refund policy

We want you to love your STEELROSE pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day returns
You can return any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at amrmarketing4@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return postage
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or misprinted items
Every piece is made to order just for you. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or with a printing error, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back.

Wrong size?
Please check our Size Guide before ordering. If the size isn't right, you can return it within 14 days as above and place a new order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
