Shipping policy

Every STEELROSE piece is made to order just for you, so please allow a little extra time.

Production time
Your order is printed within 2–7 working days after you place it.

UK delivery
Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard UK delivery is £4.99, and free on orders of £50 or more.

Some pieces are made by our production partners in Europe. UK orders under £135 arrive with no extra charges, as VAT is already included. For UK orders over £135, import VAT or duties may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

International delivery
We ship to selected countries. Available destinations, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the UK are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, email us at amrmarketing4@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it, but the customer pays the reshipping cost.
