These terms apply when you shop at STEELROSE. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us
STEELROSE is an online women's gymwear brand based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@steelroselondon.com.

Made to order
Every piece is printed on demand just for you. Production usually takes 2–7 working days before dispatch. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.

Orders and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order and give a full refund if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Cancellations
Because items are made to order, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you want to cancel. After production starts, you can still use our 14-day returns policy.

Returns and refunds
Please see our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Product images
We try to show colours and prints as accurately as possible, but small differences can appear because of screens and the printing process.

Intellectual property
All STEELROSE designs, logos, images and text belong to STEELROSE and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or not caused by us. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
